About the Role

The Company is seeking an RVP for the East Sales organization. This role is pivotal in leading, coaching, and developing a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive predictable revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, instilling a culture of accountability and continuous learning, and ensuring disciplined execution of the sales methodology. Key responsibilities include ramping new team members, conducting regular pipeline and deal reviews, and partnering with SDRs to establish a repeatable outbound pipeline generation motion. The RVP will also work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and will be expected to engage in strategic customer opportunities and complex negotiations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of frontline SaaS sales leadership experience, a proven track record of exceeding regional revenue targets, and a deep knowledge of the MEDDPICC sales methodology. They should be adept at building outbound pipeline generation and have experience in developing and executing channel sales strategies. Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and operational discipline are essential, as are excellent executive communication and coaching skills. The role requires a leader who is passionate about developing talent, operates with urgency and a builder's mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in enterprise infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, or developer-focused SaaS solutions, and familiarity with modern sales tools.
