Electronic assembler

Randstad is hiring a precise, detail-oriented Electronic Assemblers to join a growing production team in Richfield, WI. If you have a steady hand, a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working with intricate components, circuits, and wiring, this role is a perfect fit.

In this position, you will build and assemble the vital electronic components that power modern technology.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Intricate Assembly: Fit, align, and mount electronic components (such as circuit boards, resistors, capacitors, and connectors) into housings and sub-assemblies.
• Soldering & Wiring: Perform precision hand soldering (thru-hole or surface mount), wire routing, and crimping according to technical standards.
• Schematic Reading: Read and interpret electronic schematics, color-coded wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Testing & Inspection: Visually inspect solder joints and component placement using magnifying equipment, and use basic testing tools (like multimeters) to ensure proper functionality.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 6 hours at one time
