Our 12‑month Management Training program leverages your existing leadership skills, tunes them to our business philosophy, and readies you to run your own store as a General Manager within 9‑12 months. You’ll focus on the customer experience, not on maximizing price. Responsibilities Provide guidance and strategic planning for dealership sales goals. Achieve sales volume and profitability objectives using all sales channels. Implement and execute company marketing initiatives to support sales goals. Train and develop employees to advance through a career path. Identify referral source prospects, create a strategy to develop relationships, and maintain positive referral relationships. Conduct sales meetings to motivate staff and share successful selling techniques. Develop and enhance customer relationships through excellent service with sales operations. Candidate Profile Proactive manager who takes ownership and drives results. Hands‑on leader who encourages ideas and learning. Evidence‑based decision maker. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred). 5+ years of management experience. Experience as General Manager, Retail Manager, or Multi‑Unit Manager preferred. Ability to relocate out of state after certification as GM (after 9‑12 months). Relocation assistance provided.
