You'll work directly with ownership, help develop younger technicians, and work directly with ownership to improve shop processes, and play a key role in building a high-performing team. This is not an entry-level or maintenance-focused position. We are looking for a technician who can independently diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, HVAC, and major mechanical concerns with minimal supervision while helping elevate the performance of the entire shop.
