Job TitlePay: Base Wage starting at $15.15; increased based on experienceIncentive Eligible Position: YesEssential Functions:Accurately checks in all items.Accurately stages items to be delivered throughout the hospital.Can effectively determine what duties should take priority.Monitors incoming freight for discrepancies.Stocks all incoming freight.Unloading various freight carriers.Is able to use a pallet jack.Is able to use an electric pallet jack.Able to perform daily cycle counts and annual inventory.Other duties as required.Skills Abilities:Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels.Ability to complete competency CPR and First Aid.Ability to perform simple mathematical equations.Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.Effective oral and written communication skills.Working Conditions:Exposure to distressed patients, families or visitors.Possible exposure to inside environmental conditions.Physical Demands:Requires standing, sitting or walking for up to 8 hours or longer per workday.The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Climbing ladders.Qualifications:High school graduate or equivalent.Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience.Experience with hospital supply chain processes.
