About the Role:

Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in Boston MA. Responsibilities:

• Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development and engineering teams
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Develop and maintain detailed reports dashboards and data models to support decision-making
• Facilitate meetings workshops and sprint planning sessions with cross-functional teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business objectives
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions meet defined requirements

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a software or technology environment
• Proficiency in requirements gathering process mapping and workflow documentation
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as JIRA Confluence or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders
• Experience with SQL data analysis or BI tools is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or a related field

Compensation: $100000.00 - $110000.00 per year
