Anchor is a company that values hard work, teamwork, and professional growth.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the controllerAssist in the preparation of financial statementsMaintain the chart of accountsAssist in the month end close outsHighlight anomalies in the financialsAssist in project closeout processMake sure KPIs are being metMonitor complete accounting cycle including but not limited to AP, AR, Payroll, and BankingEnsure closeouts are being conducted in a timely manner (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)Ensure bookkeeping is done accurately and timelyAdvise and suggest on process refinementSubmit Credit ApplicationsSetting up of new customers and jobs in Quickbooks per the company's guidelinesEnsure correct cost codes are being used for all transactionsThe responsibilities outlined in this job description are intended to provide a general overview of the position.
