Job Description Job Description Emergency Medicine Executive Overview A leading diagnostics organization is seeking an Emergency Medicine Executive to support the launch of innovative rapidtesting solutions within emergencycare environments. This fieldbased role focuses on strategic sales execution, clinical workflow discovery, and building longterm partnerships across Emergency Departments, urgent care settings, and EMS organizations. This position covers Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Utah . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute longcycle, strategic sales plans within emergencycare networks Build relationships with stakeholders across Emergency Medicine, Laboratory, Supply Chain, and executive leadership Identify unmet clinical and operational needs, aligning targeted diagnostic solutions Lead observation days and convert findings into compelling value and workflowimprovement proposals Guide customer champions through value analysis, decisionmaking, and successful implementation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 7+ years of experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or relevant clinical roles Demonstrated ability to influence crossfunctional teams without direct authority Proven track record as a top performer in complex or strategic sales Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) Preferred Qualifications Experience launching new medical or diagnostic technologies Background developing KOL relationships and driving productadoption success Clinical or technical understanding of emergencycare workflows Strong learning agility and entrepreneurial mindset Residence within the territory with ability to travel up to 75% Company Description A top 10 pharmaceutical company with an immense amount of growth after releasing their at home COVID diagnostic tests is looking to bring on 200+ Quality Individuals through a massive hiring campaign.
