Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is preferred for those not yet ASHA-certified.

Active state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

The Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is highly regarded.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
