PRN Home Health RN (Registered Nurse)Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health is seeking a compassionate PRN Home Health RN (Registered Nurse) to work with our Home Health team to deliver individualized care to patients in their homes in east Pasco county (including Wesley Chapel, Odessa, Zephyrhills, Land O' Lakes, Dade City, etc.).Award-Winning Home Health: Recognized as one of America's Best Home Health Providers for 2026, Empath Home Health delivers high-quality, outcomes-driven care trusted by patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Empath Home Health provides skilled nursing and therapy services to help patients recover and maintain independence at home, along with personal care support that assists with daily needs as part of a seamless continuum of care.Locations: Home health visits in east Pasco county (including Dade City, Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Odessa, Zephyrhills, and surrounding areas)Schedule: 10+ home health visits per week.
