How You’ll Make a Difference You’ll provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. Your responsibilities may include: Completing patient assessments Providing wound care Administering medications Providing IV infusions Developing and implementing care plans Monitoring patient progress and changes in condition Communicating with physicians and other members of the care team Traveling between patient visits You’ll have flexibility in coordinating visits based on your availability and patient needs. We work with Medicaid and private-pay insurance, so NO OASIS! You can focus on patient care without the additional OASIS documentation.
