This role involves coordinating with various club departments to manage the setup, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and service of food and beverage items in outdoor areas, such as the snack bar, pool, or other outdoor food beverage outlets. Additionally, the job will oversee the financial performance of the snack bar, monitor inventory, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the overall appearance of the operation meets Club standards. This position also involves closing duties and ensuring the proper storage of all items at the end of the shift./ppReporting Structure:/pulliReports to the Director of Food Beverage/Restaurants or Restaurant/Banquet Manager/li/ulpDay to Day:/pulliMaintain Inviteds high service standards as outlined in the FB service training program./liliEnsure outside food beverage staff follow club procedures and uphold the club standards./liliTrain and oversee outside food beverage staff in daily operations, ensuring consistency in service and adherence to quality expectations./liliOversee the setup, daily prep, and organization of the snack bar./liliEnsure proper preparation and storage of all food and beverage items, adhering to Inviteds quality standards, including proper product rotation, sanitation, and cleanliness./liliEnsure consistent presentation of snack bar items, produced to meet Inviteds quality standard guidelines./liliAccurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely manner./liliGreet members by name and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere./liliCollect payments or club membership cards for all transactions./liliOversee the proper financial closing of the snack bar daily, including cleaning duties./liliCommunicate with Food Beverage Director regarding special product needs, or any issues with food quality or presentation./liliEnsure the snack bar and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized daily./liliProvide a warm welcome by greeting members and guests by name and ensuring their needs are met throughout the event./liliEnsure all side work is completed, including maintaining clean and organized work areas, refilling and stocking containers and supplies, and ensuring sanitary conditions as outlined in the service standards./liliInteract professionally with members and guests, accommodating changes and last-minute requests as needed./liliComplete additional duties as assigned by management./li/ulpAdditional Duties:/pulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliRepresent the companys management team by supporting and enforcing policies while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./liliPromote and follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliSupport the overall efficiency of the team by collaborating and contributing to the clubs goals./li/ulpAbout You:/ppPreferred:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliPrior experience in food beverage service./liliFood Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications in compliance with state and city regulations./liliCompletion of food beverage service training./liliStrong communication skills with clear, articulate speech and the ability to follow instructions effectively./liliCompletion of all food beverage online training modules: Service Training, Host Training, Bartender Training, Server Assistant Training, Banquet Server Training, Beverage Cart Attendant Training, Kitchen, Employee Training, FB Refresh Training, Culinary Safety, Food Safety, and Alcohol Safety./li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods./liliAbility to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases./liliCapable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required./liliAble to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally./liliEffective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity./li/ulpPrimary Tools/Equipment:/pulliPOS System/liliServing Tray/liliWine Tool/liliBottle Opener/li/ulpWork Schedule:/pulliAttendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule./liliAdditional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays./li/ulpWhat We Offer:/ppWe believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
