Solutions Engineer Lead

Owning and elevating the migrations function, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer Lead will manage high-complexity enterprise migrations, design scalable processes, and drive key performance metrics while leading a growing team in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end migrations and serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong customer satisfaction outcomes Design and implement standardized processes and systems to enhance scalability and reduce operational rework Manage team performance metrics and maintain capacity planning models to ensure timely and accurate migrations Required qualifications Proven experience in leading implementation or migrations teams, particularly in a SaaS, healthtech, or EHR/EMR environment Strong technical understanding of data operations, including data mapping, validation, and ETL processes Demonstrated ability to develop team members through structured feedback and growth plans Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust and alignment Ability to maintain composure and provide structured responses during operational challenges
