Permanent Onsite Human Resources Director Needed for Large Health System on Gulf Coast of Florida My client, a large health system on the Gulf Coast of Florida, is seeking a Permanent Onsite Human Resources Director to join their team. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, or a related field, have 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in HR leadership, and experience leading multiple HR specialty areas such as compensation, HRIS, and employee relations. Additionally, candidates should have leadership experience as an HR Director in health systems with 500+ beds and at least 3,000 employees. The selected candidate will receive a generous compensation package including base salary, full relocation, annual bonus potential, and excellent benefits.
