Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Location: Dresher, PA
Job Type: Part-Time, In-Person
Set Hours: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 8pm, Saturdays 9:30am - 1pm
Pay: $18-$23 per hour based on experience PLUS Commission

About Us

Personal Power Martial Arts is more than a martial arts school. We help children, teens, and families grow stronger physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially through martial arts, Positive Discipline, and mindset training.

We are looking for a warm, organized, high-energy  Part-Time Program Director to help lead our front-end operations, support our families, and help new students get started.

This is  not just a desk job . You will be working with parents and children, following up with leads, enrolling students, supporting retention, coordinating schedules and events, and helping create an outstanding experience for every family we serve.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone, text, email, and website inquiries
• Follow up with prospective students and parents
• Schedule introductory appointments and trial lessons
• Greet students and families and create a welcoming experience
• Conduct enrollment presentations and membership follow-up
• Help retain current students through strong communication and relationship-building
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
• Help manage appointments, schedules, and basic office systems
• Assist with special events, promotions, and parent communication
• Coordinate with instructors to support a smooth, positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and people skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with follow-up, sales conversations, and asking for commitment
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive, and confident with both adults and children
• Previous experience in customer service, admissions, hospitality, education, childcare, fitness, wellness, or sales is a plus
• Martial arts experience is welcome but  not required
