This critical role owns the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, ensuring vendor invoices and payments are processed accurately across multiple legal entities and currencies, with strong internal controls and effective vendor and internal stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, drive process improvements, support payroll activities, and serve as the primary point of contact between AP, vendors, Finance leadership, and internal teams./ppDuties and Responsibilities:/pulliOversee daily Accounts Payable processing, including invoice entry, three-way matching, and payment runs across multiple entities and currencies./liliMonitor FX impacts on payables where applicable and ensure correct currency, tax, and banking details are applied to each vendor invoice./liliPrepare and distribute the weekly consolidated AP Aging Register across all entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery to Finance leadership./liliMonitor aged payables, prioritize resolution of 60-day items, and drive reduction in unresolved vendor issues./liliSupport month-end close, including AP accruals, reconciliations, and preparation of related schedules./liliAssist with payroll processing and coordination with HR and Finance to ensure payroll is executed accurately and on time./liliMaintain and refine AP procedures, enforce AP policies and controls, and recommend process and automation improvements./liliProvide guidance and informal leadership to AP team members to support effective execution and continuous improvement./liliSupport internal and external audits, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide documentation as requested./li/ulpDesired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:/pulliStrong hands-on Accounts Payable expertise/liliAbility to manage high invoice volume across multiple entities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines./liliComfortable communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders at all levels, with strong follow-through on open items./liliSolid understanding of purchase order processes, three-way match, and related controls./liliOrganized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing work in a dynamic environment with some manual processes./liliContinuous improvement mindset with willingness to streamline, document, and enhance AP workflows and systems./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize issues and recommendations clearly./li/ulpRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:/pulliEducation: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field./liliExperience: 710+ years of Accounts Payable experience/liliExperience working in an ERP environment; Oracle Fusion strongly preferred./liliDemonstrated experience managing AP aging, resolving vendor issues, and handling high transaction volume across multiple entities and currencies./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., lookups, pivots, reconciliation support)./liliPrior experience supporting audits, month-end close, and cross-functional Finance or HR collaboration is strongly preferred./liliProven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting strict deadlines./li/ulpCompetitive Compensation, Comprehensive Benefits, and more!/pulliMedical and Dental Benefits/liliVision Coverage/lili401(k) with 4% matching contributions after 90 days of employment/liliBasic Life and ADD/liliUnlimited Vacation Policy/lili6 Weeks Paid Maternity Leave/lili10 paid holidays/liliBeing surrounded by amazing people!/li/ulpOur Culture- Where Career and Passion come together!/pulliA Culture of family and team not a corporate goliath where youre just another number./liliAll employees get a seat at the table and have influence with management.
