Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

(VAYA OFFER) MS/Tele. Float Required. Med-surg experience, ACLS & BLS required. Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted at this facility.

Certifications: ACLS, BLS

Skills: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias

Patient Diagnoses: CHF, COPD, Diabetes, Spinal Abscesses, Cirrhosis

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Compliance requirements: BLS, ACLS, EKG onboarding exam, Med/Surg Tele competency exam, Med/Surg Tele skills, Math exam, Med/Pharmacology exam, CORE exams-NO NIHSS

Special Equipment: Med-surg experience, ACLS & BLS required.

Experience: 2 years required in specialty

Licenses: Compact or KY State License (required at time of submission)

Locals: Not accepted within the following radiuses: Cath Lab RN, IR RN, and Radiology: 75 miles All Other Specialties: 100 miles

At least 1 Reference Required at time of submission

Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby

Return Staff Policy: Gone from all UK affiliated facilities for 6 months to return as traveler

License Hits: University of Kentucky WILL NOT accept any licensure hits. If you are submitting a traveler with a license hit, the submission will be rejected.

Rehire eligibility at UK is checked by HR every Friday and should this eligibility check come back as ineligible post-offer, your traveler may be cancelled. Modules: Modules are billable, average 6.5 hours and not included in NBO hours Modules are completed during orientation and annually, and vary by specialty
