Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative on the Business Insurance team, you will provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Your duties include processing policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and conducting policy audits while maintaining the highest level of accuracy. Qualifications High school diploma required. Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days). At least 1 year of Commercial Insurance experience. Two (2) years of Customer Service experience. Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working with EPIC. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives and includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings and other retirement programs, and employee assistance programs.
