Key Responsibilities

• 
  Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, clients, and internal teams

  Support Account Managers and Sales Representatives with daily activities
  
  



• 
  Process orders, quotes, contracts, and customer requests
  
  



• 
  Coordinate projects, timelines, and follow-up activities
  
  



• 
  Maintain customer records and CRM databases
  
  



• 
  Track sales activity, reporting, and account information
  
  



• 
  Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed
  
  



• 
  Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure exceptional client experiences
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  2+ years of experience in sales support, account coordination, customer service, or administrative support
  
  



• 
  Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
  



• 
  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  
  



• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  
  



• 
  Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred
  
  



• 
  Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
