With every project, our goal is the same: to deliver exceptional surfaces that inspire champions.The AP Coordinator will be working from our Hunt Valley, MD office, reporting to the Jr Controller. This role will support the full-cycle accounts payable process by processing invoices, vendor payments, and expense reports while maintaining strong internal controls and vendor relationships.Beynon Sports is part of Tarkett Sports. Help us build the next world-class venue.What you’ll do:Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely mannerAssist with three-way match (purchase order, receiving documentation, invoice)Review and verify expense reports in accordance with company policyPrepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire paymentsMaintain vendor records and ensure W-9 and compliance documentation are currentReconcile vendor statements and assist in resolving discrepanciesSupport month-end close, including accruals and account reconciliationsAssist with 1099 preparation and year-end reportingRespond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationshipsCollaborate with project managers to ensure accurate job cost allocationWhat you need for success:2-5 years of experience in accounts payableAssociate Degree in Accounting, Business or related field preferredBasic understanding of accounts payable processesExperience with accounting software/ERP systems preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesWhat you can expect:A culture built on teamwork, respect, and entrepreneurial spiritLeadership that invests in your growth and career developmentOpportunities to take on new challenges, cross-train, and expand your skillsetRecognition and rewards for your contributions and achievementsA fast-paced, sports-driven environment where your work makes an impactSounds like your kind of team?If you’re ready to bring your passion and talent to a company that champions your future, we want to hear from you.
