Bring your drive to the table as we unlock new doors together, taking your career to the next level.**Bring your experience and be empowered to innovate.**As an Client Integration Specialist (CIS) on the Neighborly Customer Solutions team, a typical day for you will include:* Serve as a guide to new owners through initial onboarding and training including, but not limited to, software, brand standards, sales, and customer service processes.* Ensure all internal and external set up and testing is completed successfully for starting service.* Have a deep understanding of solutions available in our call center application and how those apply to each brand and franchise office uniquely.* Assist in determining the franchise owner’s needs for a successful selling and / or scheduling solution.* Assist in the retention of existing franchise owners by suggesting and implementing solution-based account settings.* Act as a key facilitator for the introduction and training of new CaN features and solutions, ensuring a smooth adoption by franchise owners.**Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success.***(Required qualifications)** **Experience:** A minimum of five (5) plus years of relevant business, industry, or system experience, which provides the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities, is required.* Extensive knowledge of standard software including, but not limited to, Adobe, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.* **Skills:** + Characteristics required to thrive in this role: task oriented, detail oriented, process driven, relational, possesses poise, comfortable presenting + Ability to make decisions or recommendations for changing, interpreting, or developing important policies or programs, then executing against that + Business Acumen + Ability to hold people accountable + Outstanding communication skills + Mastery of MS Office + Problem solving + Sense of humor* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience is preferred.* **Schedule / in-office requirements:** Hybrid (Waco, TX or Irving, TX)**Bring your goals and be enabled to reach them.*** **Competitive Pay:** Commensurate with experience* **Schedule:** Full-time M-F* **Benefits:** Check out our benefits offerings* **Financial Benefits:** Equity and annual bonus opportunities* **Perks:** Paid time off, Paid holidays, Recess breaks, wellness programsBrand:NSS Neighborly Service Solutions**Neighborly is a local network of home service brands that will connect you to very specific vetted local experts.** Our family of service professionals work with rigorous quality standards to repair, maintain, and enhance your home.
