Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and identify influencers aligned with client brand requirements.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers across social media platforms and other channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns, including content creation, distribution, and measurement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize influencer partnerships and drive ROI.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, and apply insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage influencer contracts, negotiations, and payments in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's voice and messaging, and ensure that influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and values.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Remote or able to commute to local offices when needed.
• Proven experience in influencer management and with a track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns.
• Demonstrable portfolio in managing integrated influencer campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, post schedulers and web analytic tools.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development and digital marketing channels.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in the relevant software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Preferred Skills:

• Relevant certifications in digital marketing or campaign management.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for campaign execution and lead management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, SMM and other strategies.
• Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.
• Familiarity with data privacy and marketing compliance regulations.
