You will help place people in jobs that match their skills and provide support at every step of their career. This hybrid‑remote position is a fantastic opportunity if you want to enter or grow within the Social Services or Human Services field. As an Employment Support Professional you will meet clients in their homes and workplaces and perform outreach and advocacy throughout the community. Key responsibilities include providing one‑on‑one career coaching and retention services, empowering people with disabilities to reach their potential, building clients’ skills and confidence for employment, engaging community partners, building relationships with local companies, and offering a variety of industry‑specific support services.
