Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Strategy: Be the driving force behind the product strategy and roadmap for both new and existing products at Assured.
• Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and implementation specialists to deeply understand market needs and requirements.
• Product Development Collaboration: Work in tandem with engineering and design teams to bring innovative features and products to market.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to inform product decisions and continuously improve product performance.
• Executive Partnership: Directly partner with the CEO, CTO, and engineering teams to shape both product and company direction.

• Technical Acumen: Possess a technical background and/or have experience working closely with engineering teams.
