Behind the scenes, you keep the front desk humming with precision, juggling reservations, requests, and surprises like a hospitality ninja. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest Service Superstar: You bring the warm vibes and top-tier service that make guests feel right at home. Whether it's a quick question or a big request, you're all about making their stay unforgettable.
- Communication Champ: You know how to get the message acrossclearly, confidently, and with a smile. Whether it's chatting with guests or coordinating with the team, you keep things flowing smoothly.
- Quick-Thinking Problem Solver: When challenges pop up, you're already on it. You think fast, act smart, and turn potential hiccups into happy endings.
- Multitasking Marvel: Juggling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details? No problem. You keep it all organized and running like clockwork.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

PROPERTY INFORMATION: Welcome to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter hotel, located on the banks of the Ohio River. Our Cincinnati hotel is just a two-minute drive from downtown Cincinnati, nearby attractions like Paul Brown Stadium, US Bank Arena, Duke Energy Convention Center, and Aronoff Center for the Arts. We're also only 2.7 miles from the excitement of Jack Casino. Southbank Shuttle Trolley stops outside the hotel, offering easy access to downtown. Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is only 20 minutes away and the hotel is adjacent to the Northern Kentucky Convention Center with easy access to I-71, I-75 and many Covington, KY attractions. Guests will feel at home in a spacious two-room suite at this Covington hotel. All 227 suites feature a private bedroom and separate living area. They can enjoy a free made-to-order breakfast every morning along with a view of the Cincinnati skyline. Drinks and snacks are available in the open-air atrium at our Evening Reception. We are ready to host a riverfront meeting or an elegant wedding reception with over 8,000 sq. ft. of flexible space, including meeting rooms and a ballroom with a stunning view of the city.
