Payroll & Benefits Administrator

Century Group is partnering with one of our leading real estate clients is searching for a Benefits Administrator to join their team full-time. As a Benefits Administrator, you'll need to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate efficiency, and possess excellent communication skills. Your goal is to ensure that all benefit programs are effectively managed to enhance employee satisfaction. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $70,000 to $85,000 per year.

• Design benefit programs, including insurance and wellness options.
• Ensure timely payment of monthly premiums.
• Manage enrollments and determine employee eligibility.
• Handle benefit compensation and reimbursement procedures.
• Coordinate leaves of absence and process claims.
• Maintain updated employee records.
• Inform employees about benefit options and plans, monitoring their usage.
• Collaborate with the accounting department for payments and deductions.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience as a benefits administrator or in similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or HRMS systems.

• Solid understanding of different benefit plans and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability with adherence to confidentiality.
