IT Help Desk Technician — Nonprofit User Support

Tierra del Sol Foundation is seeking an IT Technician to support over 300 employees across multiple sites in Sunland, Van Nuys, Upland and Downtown Los Angeles. You will provide top-tier helpdesk service and hands-on support for Apple Mac and Microsoft Windows devices, and manage tickets and assets. Ideal candidates bring training in IT fields and experience with common IT tools, plus willingness to travel between sites and work occasional evenings.
