Remote IT Support Technician

Role Overview: Provide technical support to internal teams to enhance operational efficiency in a remote environment, primarily focusing on software, hardware, and network issues.

Responsibilities Include

Responding promptly to support requests and managing the ticketing system.
Documenting processes, solutions, and recurring issues to improve scalability.
Notifying leadership of systemic problems and proposing solutions.
Escalating complex issues appropriately.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data and performing tasks accurately and empathetically.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of IT support experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot independently.
Knowledge of IT systems and excellent time management.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Google Workspace, Office 365, Azure AD, AWS, cloud storage, Single Sign-On, and email/chat services.
Customer service training or certification.
