This role serves as the primary point of contact for end-user issues and is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and professional technical assistance while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, accountability, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting while maintaining a high level of service and user satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requestsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issuesProvide remote and on-site supportDocument incidents and resolutionsEscalate complex issues appropriatelyAssist with onboarding/offboardingSupport Microsoft 365 servicesDeploy and maintain endpoint devicesFollow IT policies and security standardsIdentify recurring issues and improvementsPerformance Expectations:Demonstrates professionalism and accountabilityTakes ownership of tickets through resolutionCommunicates clearly with users and teamMaintains accurate documentationPrioritizes effectively in fast-paced environmentEscalates and collaborates appropriatelyFollows security and compliance standardsQualifications:Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent education, training, and/or relevant work experience will be considered1-3 years helpdesk or customer support experienceStrong troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamTechnical Experience:Windows 10/11 supportMicrosoft 365 basicsActive Directory familiarityBasic networking conceptsTicketing systems experiencePreferred Experience:Intune or endpoint management toolsComputer imaging/deploymentPrinter and VoIP supportIT documentation experiencePhysical Requirements:Lift up to 50 poundsInstall and move IT hardwareWork Environment: On-site in Chattanooga with occasional travel.
