IT Support Technician

Serving as the main point of contact for employees, the full-time IT Support Technician will provide responsive support for troubleshooting requests and ensure timely resolution of tickets for various systems and platforms, primarily onsite in the greater Northern New Jersey and New York metropolitan area with some remote work flexibility. Key responsibilities Support software and hardware troubleshooting requests from a growing user base through multiple channels Review, monitor, upgrade, and secure computers, phones, and networks while assisting with the deployment of new equipment and onboarding of users Create documentation for self-service support and assist with user training for technology platforms and workflows Required qualifications Experience with ticket tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, ConnectWise, ZenDesk) Proficiency in remote support software (e.g., ScreenConnect, LogMein) Familiarity with device management tools (e.g., InTune, LabTech) Knowledge of Microsoft servers/services (e.g., Azure AD, Active Directory) Experience with networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs)
