IT Support Technician

Job Description Personal Communications Center Inc. is seeking an energetic individual to fulfill the role of IT Support Technician. Job Responsibilities Support includes install, manage, maintain and troubleshoot reported incidents for I.T. devices across the company. Resolve issues immediately or in a timely fashion Deploy hardware/software installs on new or upgrades to existing systems. Provides support to end-users of desktops, mobile devices, networking, software applications for local or remote users. Consult with Vendor(s) support partners to resolve issues. Support/Resolve Networking or other issues for Desktop users. Manage/Install Network Printers and make sure of Toner/ink replenishment. Experience to install and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 2010 and Office 365. Must have basic knowledge of TCP/IP (wired and wireless). Must be able to troubleshoot network problems. Experience on working with Windows 10, Windows 11. Good conversation skills to efficiently resolve user I.T. issues. Will also be required but not limited to: Create Tickets and complete necessary forms/ documentation on I.T. related issues. Performs all necessary periodic operative processes and make sure all procedures are maintained. Participate in Projects, Moves and other duties as assigned. Credentials and Experience: Minimum 3 months to 1 year of experience in IT Desktop support. A+ or Network is an advantage.
