Role Overview We are recruiting for Domestic Energy Assessors to support residential energy assessment and stock condition survey work across the South West of England. This is a full-time, permanent role carrying out EPCs and stock condition surveys across residential properties. The role involves visiting homes, collecting accurate property data, engaging professionally with residents and clients, and ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards. The employer is looking for motivated, organised and professional candidates with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail. Important Eligibility Information Applicants must have a Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment, a full clean driving licence, and be DBS checked or willing to complete a DBS check.
