ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been a State Farm agent since September 2019, but I bring more than 20 years of insurance experience to the table, including work as a claims adjuster and in agency leadership. That background allows me to coach and mentor my team with practical knowledge and a genuine desire to help them grow.
I’m a proud graduate of Purdue University–Indianapolis, where I earned my B.S. in Psychology, and Indiana Wesleyan University, where I completed my MBA. As a family-owned agency with two children of my own, staying connected to the community is a big part of who I am. I serve as a Board Member for Project Will, supporting young adults with behavioral health challenges, and I’m an Indy Chamber Ambassador, helping welcome new businesses and strengthen local connections across Indianapolis.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kellie Taylor - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
