Customer Service Specialist
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact , handling incoming calls, inquiries, and urgent requests
- Ask thoughtful, strategic questions to quickly assess situations and determine next steps
- Guide individuals through processes with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Coordinate and communicate with internal team members to ensure seamless service
- Maintain accurate documentation and updates in real time
- Stay composed and solutions-focused in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations
