General Manager

We are a private equity backed home services company conducting a nationwide search to hire a General Manager in our geographic footprint (AZ, CA, CO, ID, MI, MN, NM, NV, OR, UT). Relocation to one of these markets will be required as we are growing organically and via M&A activity. Job Overview The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of a branch, ensuring that all departments work efficiently to meet the needs of our customers. Handle customer escalations and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of management experience in a service-based industry, preferably in home services, construction, or similar fields Language: ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Education: Master of Business Administration is strongly preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial management Financial Acumen: A strong understanding of how to grow top line revenue and profitability (EBITDA) at a branch level is non-negotiable for this role Sales Experience: A competency in ethically selling products/services and developing a sales team is required.
