The CEO will be the senior executive responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and overall direction of the organization, with a central focus on expanding access to care, strengthening regional health infrastructure, and improving outcomes across the communities served. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in large-scale development, the ability to engage in healthcare and community-based initiatives, and experience in aligning diverse stakeholders. The successful candidate will be politically astute, community-oriented, and capable of building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of partners, including board members, public entities, health systems, universities, donors, and private sector partners. Key responsibilities for the CEO include developing and communicating a clear vision, leading the execution of the organization's mission, and driving the recruitment of strategic partners. The role demands a leader with strong financial acumen, capable of establishing and executing a sustainable financial strategy that includes fundraising and public-private funding mechanisms.
