Purpose:a. Oversee internal & external projects through planning, execution, and completion.2. Responsibilities: including but not limited toa. Use caution and support systems to assure a safety event free facilityb. Respond to any emergency or potential emergency following established proceduresc. Observe, respond, and report to any instance of product, service, or quality systems non conformanced. Security diligence: maintain control of keycards, prevent unauthorized entry to facilities by non-Berry employees, and proper maintenance / security of Berry equipmente. Successfully complete Primary Duties as outlined in 4.0 and associated training3. Authorities: including but not limited toa. Pause activity and notify safety lead in any facility regarding instances of potentially unsafe work environments or employee and supplier practicesb. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity of product, service, or quality systemsc. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channelsd. Suggest actions for continual improvement to products, processes, or systems and verify the implementation of solutions4. Primary Duties: including but not limited to:a. Maintain quoting systemsb. Collaborate with customers (internal & external) to understand requirementsc. Quote work utilizing performance data & working with job leaders/department leadsd. Define and operate to scope of worke. Create and maintain timelinesf. Monitor progress through each phaseg. Assist with problem-solving issues that may ariseh. Manage budget through each phase and by detaili. Collaborate with customers throughout the project and afterj. Analyze project performance upon completion5. Qualifications / Education Required:a. Proficient knowledge of computers, specifically Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Teamsb. Strong verbal and written communication skillsc. Ability to work independently or in teams6. Preferred Skills / Experience:a. Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering/Plastic Engineering) or equivalent experienceb. Ability to analyze data and make sound recommendationsc. Ability to travel when required7. Records:a. Complete training recordsb.
