Position Summary

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, visitors, and team members. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

· Greet and assist customers, visitors, vendors, and employees.

· Respond to and send emails as needed.

· Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming front-office environment.

· Enter and process invoices accurately in the company system.

· Maintain and order office supplies and monitor inventory.

· Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.

· Maintain an organized and professional reception and common area.

· Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and other administrative tasks.

· Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

· Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

· Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

· Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and general office systems.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling company and employee information.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday position with regular working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
