Assistant Dining Manager

We're seeking a motivated, service-focused Assistant Dining Manager to support daily dining operations, lead team members, and help deliver exceptional service to residents. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone looking to grow their career in dining services, hospitality, or food service management while making a positive impact each day.
What You'll Do
- Support the Dining Manager in overseeing daily dining and service operations
- Lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Assist with staff scheduling, team coordination, and daily workflow management
- Help recruit, train, coach, and develop dining team members
- Ensure dining areas are clean, welcoming, and maintained to company standards
- Monitor service quality, address concerns, and resolve issues professionally
- Support inventory management, supplies, and operational needs
- Assist with special events, catering, and dining programs as needed
- Promote compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and guest-focused team culture

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, hotel, club, or institutional dining environments is a plus
