Salary: $98,425.6 - 108,825.6 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with 2–4 years of contract experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple contracting projects, and carry them through to completion.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, sometimes with limited information, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues and obtain approvals.
• Preferred: 2 years of pharmaceutical or vaccine Managed Markets experience in contracting, pricing, operations, or another critical-thinking discipline.
• Preferred: 2 years of analytical and business experience focused on reviewing and executing contracts.
• Preferred: In-depth working knowledge of SAP and Model N.

• Coordinate with Account Management representatives, internal teams, wholesalers, distributors, and external customers to provide contract information.
• Help ensure customers receive accurate contract pricing and that contract setup complies with applicable requirements.
• Create and implement contract agreements and amendments, product additions or discontinuations, and other contract changes in relevant systems.
• Verify pricing, approvals, signatures, membership eligibility, and wholesaler or distributor notifications.
• Resolve issues that arise during the contract lifecycle and respond to wholesaler and distributor questions about setup, pricing, and eligibility.
• Assist with contract issues and customer inquiries, and manage general mailbox communications.
• Process contracts for countersignature and support new system implementations.
• Provide timely communications to relevant parties.
