Registered Behavior Technician

Kids First ABA Services
Kids First is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-person, in-home ABA services in Anchorage, Alaska.
If you're not currently an RBTno problem! We offer the training to help you become certified.
Position Overview
RBTs work 1:1 with clients to implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Services focus on building communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA services in home-based settings
- Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans and programs
- Collect accurate data using electronic data collection systems
- Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA
- Support parent training and clinical activities as assigned
- Maintain RBT certification and follow BACB ethical guidelines
- Adhere to HIPAA and company policies
- Travel between client homes as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)
- Experience working with children ages 318 (preferred but not required)
- Ability to travel to client homes
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Physical ability to meet job demands (lifting, stairs, etc.)
- CentralReach experience is a plus
- CPR certification (preferred but not required)
