Cabinet Finisher – East Alton, IL Only qualified candidates with the below experience will be considered for this position. Job Description Independently manage cabinet modifications and installations by communicating with Interior Supervisor and various other departmental staff, determining flow for completing assignments. Perform quality checks, supervise and assign personnel on daily activities. Perform training, coaching and mentoring of team members to develop the job knowledge and performance of cabinet techs. Prepare and delivery annual evaluations of assigned team members. Assist with engineering and design techniques for major modification projects. Completely remove, repair and modify aircraft cabinets with little or no supervision. Without direction, completely perform minor modifications and perform major modifications with little or no supervision. Work independently on projects when required. Perform daily turnaround sheets, work order processes and weight and balance data. Attend incoming debriefs. Maintenance and repair of shop facility, equipment and tooling when required. Assist with training to ensure job knowledge and performance of interior cabinet personnel. Any other job‑related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
