Account Executive - SMB - West

divh2Account Executive/h2pThe Account Executive role at Rippling provides an extremely unique opportunity -- were looking for talented and ambitious Account Executives who can both manage a high velocity sales cycle while being an advisor to Ripplings customers./ppAs an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the full consultative sales cycle for Ripplings Global product - engaging with interested prospects and understanding their business needs, recommending tailored solutions through our product, closing revenue, and partnering with our AM team to ensure a seamless transition to our platform for new customers./ppYour role goes beyond sales by helping customers navigate strategic decisions related to product configurations, compliance, and workflow improvements./ph3What You Will Do/h3ulliCollaborate with customers to understand their unique challenges, acting as a strategic partner to guide them through product configurations and decision-making processes that align with their business objectives/liliManage pipeline in Salesforce to ensure accurate revenue forecasting both monthly and quarterly/liliClose business and achieve quota attainment consistently/liliBecome a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape to deliver targeted product demos/liliBecome a Rippling Global expert to deliver tailored technical demos and custom solutions/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, solutions engineers, sales development and compliance, to directly influence product development/liliManage the entire client engagement cycle, from initial consultation through implementation and ongoing relationship management with the AM team, to ensure a seamless and successful customer experience/liliManage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue/li/ulh3What You Will Need/h3ulli3+ years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B/liliExperience carrying $1M+ annual quota/liliProven track record of success (top 10% of sales org)/liliPrevious experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or selling security related products/liliAbility to thrive in a fast paced environment/liliBA/BS Degree/li/ulpRippling is an equal opportunity employer. The On-Target Earnings* for employees will be 50/50 commission split for base/variable pay. This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here. A variety of factors are considered when determining someones compensationincluding a candidates professional background, experience, and location.
