We're looking for an experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Manager who is as passionate about developing great teams as they are about delivering exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do Operations & Service Excellence Oversee daily front of house restaurant and bar operations, ensuring consistent execution of service standards Maintain a polished, upscale dining atmosphere that reflects The Heirloom Room's brand and reputation Address guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a genuine commitment to resolution Uphold all safety, sanitation, and company standards Lead, coach, train, and motivate front of house associates to perform at their best Manage staffing levels, labor efficiency, and shift execution Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture where people are proud to work Support revenue goals and actively manage operating expenses Partner with the AATMOS F&B team on strategies to drive covers, check averages, and ancillary revenue Requirements What We're Looking For 5+ years of food & beverage experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role Strong background in front of house operations and upscale or fine dining guest service Extensive knowledge of wine and bourbon, with the ability to guide and educate both guests and staff Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs ServSafe Manager Food and Alcohol Certification required within 90 days of hire Summary Medical insurance — 50% of premiums covered by AATMOS Discounted vision and dental insurance Employee hotel travel program with discounted rooms across the AATMOS portfolio Paid time off and vacation pay ZayZoon daily pay — access your earned wages when you need them Opportunities for career growth within a expanding hospitality group At AATMOS, we're committed to a positive, inclusive workplace where passionate hospitality professionals can thrive and grow.
