Cherokee Grill is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Gatlinburg, TN. What You'll Bring to the Team Lead from the front and set the standard for exceptional hospitality, service, and teamwork . Create an inviting experience that keeps guests coming back and builds lasting guest loyalty. Recruit, train, coach, and develop talented Front of House and Back of House team members. Build a positive, high-energy culture where team members feel valued, supported, and motivated to succeed. Handle guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a genuine commitment to making things right. Drive restaurant performance by helping achieve sales, budget, labor, food cost, and profitability goals . Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, service, and overall restaurant execution. Support local marketing and community involvement initiatives that strengthen the restaurant's connection to Gatlinburg. Promote a safe workplace by identifying concerns and taking action to protect both guests and team members. Ensure payroll, purchasing, deposits, employment paperwork, and other administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and on time. What We're Looking For 2-5 years of restaurant management experience , preferably in Casual, Upscale Casual, or Fine Dining. A natural leader with energy, confidence, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Someone who enjoys developing people and building teams that perform at a high level. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
