What You'll Do Lead, coach, and support a team of HVAC Service Technicians in the field Schedule, dispatch, and oversee daily service operations for maximum efficiency Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance on complex service calls Conduct ride-alongs, performance evaluations, and ongoing technician training Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining company quality standards Monitor technician productivity, job quality, and service metrics Promote safety, compliance, and best practices across all field operations Coordinate with office staff, sales, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing new technicians Maintain accurate service documentation and operational reports Qualifications 5 years of HVAC service experience Previous experience leading, supervising, or managing HVAC technicians Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Outstanding communication, leadership, and customer service skills EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to motivate, mentor, and build a successful service team Experience with service management software is a plus Compensation & Benefits $40–$50 per hour , based on experience Full-time, permanent position Competitive benefits package Paid vacation and holidays Health insurance Retirement savings plan Company vehicle (if applicable) Ongoing training and professional development Advancement opportunities with a stable, growing organization Why Join Our Client?
