Overview Ace Hardware Home Services is seeking a HVAC Service Supervisor to lead field technicians and ensure high‑quality customer service. Responsibilities Supervise field technicians and job scheduling to meet company goals. Conduct daily check‑ins and job status updates to maintain efficiency. Provide training opportunities to develop technician skill sets. Enforce safety policies and ensure all calls are completed safely. Apply a positive attitude when interacting with customers to deliver excellent service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 7+ years residential and commercial HVAC service field experience. 2+ years supervisory experience. EPA Certification A2L required; NATE Certification a plus. Advanced leadership or labor management coursework a plus. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Self‑starter, responsible, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Physical Requirements Regularly required to sit, walk, and stand for several hours up to a full 8‑hour workday; reach with arms lifting up to 30lbs; use hands repetitively; see up close and at a distance.
