Key Responsibilities Follow state-specific laws and treatment plans set by supervising OT Instruct and assist patients with evidence-based therapies Monitor, document, and report patient responses and condition changes Educate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members about therapy Qualifications & Skills Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, or reliable transportation Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments Preferred: multitasking, independence, strong communication, organization Compensation & Benefits The role offers a total cash range based on productivity, including per visit and hourly pay, along with a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, and retirement options. #J-18808-Ljbffr
