Responsibilities:

• Provide med/surg nursing care to patients in the 6W Transplant Nephrology unit
• Support kidney transplant and nephrology patients with appropriate medical interventions
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Follow hospital policies and unit guidelines, including safety and documentation standards
• Attend to patient needs efficiently within established patient ratios
