Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. seeks a Contracts Manager to lead the preparation, review, and administration of EPC contracts, professional services agreements, and vendor agreements. You will coordinate between project teams, legal counsel, clients, designers, and subcontractors to mitigate risk. Based in one of our US offices (SF, Irvine, Teaneck) with potential remote flexibility, you will draft, negotiate, and manage change orders, ensure compliance with insurance and labor requirements, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Qcells North America
